Fully cooked. Ready to eat. Thaw and add to your favorite seafood recipe.
For optimum quality, keep frozen. Use within 24 months: store at 0ºF or below.
To maintain product quality, thaw overnight in the refrigerator or under cold running water. Refreezing is not recommended. Once package is thawed, shelf life of unopened vacuum package with intact seal (bag should not be loose) is 30 days when held at refrigerated temperatures (32 – 38º F).
When package is opened or if bag is loose, product should be treated as a fresh fish product with a 3 – 5 day shelf life under proper refrigerated conditions.
