Keep frozen at 0°F or below until ready to use. Use within 24 months.
Thaw product overnight in refrigerator 8 – 10 hours. Once package is thawed, shelf life of unopened vacuum package with intact seal (bag should not be loose) is 30 days when held at refrigerated temperatures (32 – 38°F).
When package is opened or if bag is loose, product should be treated as a fresh fish product with a 3 – 5 day shelf life under proper refrigerated conditions.
