Preparation and Cooking
SEALEGS Whole Legs have great variability. They are great for grilling, sushi or in a sandwich. From it’s whole form you can use it chopped or shredded allowing even more uses!
For optimum quality, keep frozen- Use within 18 months: store at 0ºF or below. To maintain product quality, thaw overnight in the refrigerator or under cold running water. Refreezing is not recommended. Once package is thawed, shelf life of unopened vacuum package with intact seal (bag should not be loose) is 30 days when held at refrigerated temperatures (32 – 38º F). When package is opened or if bag is loose, product should be treated as a fresh fish product with a 3 – 5 day shelf life under proper refrigerated conditions.
