dash Smoked Surimi Dip Crostini

An inspired combination of flavor and smoke! Smoked Surimi dip delights the palate with notes of green onion, red pepper and sesame seeds all served on crunchy baguette crostini.
Serves: 4


  • 1 Cup SEALEGS Flake and Chunk Surimi
  • ¼ Cup Green onion, diced
  • ¼ Cup Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 Cup Cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Chipotle chili pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp. Smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 12 Baguette crostini


  1. Place all ingredients except for surimi and sesame seeds in a food processor and pulse until combined.
  2. Lightly shred SEALEGS Flake and Chunk Surimi and place into the food processor and pulse briefly, 1-2 seconds each, until the surimi is fully flake and combined with cream cheese.
  3. Serve smoked surimi dip spread on toasted crostini garnished with sesame seeds.
