dash Surimi Sliders

An ocean of flavor envelops surimi, shitake, garlic and ginger in these mini burgers


  • 1 Lb. SEALEGS Flake and Chunk
  • 1 Tbs. Low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ tsp. Sesame oil
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • ½ Cup Shitake mushrooms, chopped
  • ½ tsp. Ginger, crushed
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ Cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 8 Slider buns
  • Pan spray


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy, egg and sesame oil. Mix in the SEALEGS Flake and Chunk surimi, mushrooms, ginger and garlic. Lastly, fold in the panko.
  2. Form the mixture into small slider-style burgers, being firm so that they hold together. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with pan spray. Cook each patty for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  4. Serve the burgers on the slider buns with your condiment of choice.
