dash Surimi Vichi Nacho Dip

Surimi vichi, loaded with spicy tomato salsa, is layered with fresh guacamole, red onion and cilantro and served with tortilla chips.
Serves 4


  • 3 Cup SEALEGS Flake and Chunk Surimi
  • ¾ Cup Red onion, diced
  • ½ Cup Cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ Cup Jalapeño, small diced
  • 2 Cups Roma tomatoes
  • ¼ Cup Olive oil
  • ½ Cup Lime juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp. Cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp. Chipotle pepper, ground
  • 2 Cups Guacamole


  1. Combine all SEALEGS Flake and Chunk Surimi with all ingredients except for guacamole.
  2. Place in an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  3. Serve surimi vichi over guacamole with chips.
